What’s The Course About?
It is a legal requirement that individuals who have a responsibility for the development and maintenance of a HACCP system are adequately trained. Our level 3 HACCP for catering course builds upon the the knowledge of the level 2 HACCP for catering course by informing delegates of the legal requirements and flexibility pertaining to HACCP, and the importance of the prerequisite programmes.
