This Level 4 Food Safety in Catering course is intended to provide delegates with an in depth understanding of food safety and hygiene. Upon successful completion, you’ll understand the food safety requirements needed to guide, develop and implement food safety management systems required in a catering environment and keep your business compliant with the latest food safety regulations.

How Long’s This Course?
This is a five day course with an assessment module at the end. This course is typically delivered over a two week period.
